Jupix has integrated with HomeLet, a tenant referencing and tenancy management provider, so your tenant, landlord and property details can flow straight from Jupix into HomeLet without being rekeyed.

Tenant referencing and tenancy management are handled through HomeLet's Vision+ platform, provided by HomeLet and Let Alliance.

By connecting Jupix to HomeLet, you can reference tenants, complete the pre-tenancy steps and set up the tenancy in one connected journey. Referencing, safety certificates and pre-tenancy documents are all handled in HomeLet's Vision+ platform, and the completed reference reports and tenancy documents sync back into Jupix automatically.

What are the benefits of using HomeLet?

  • Sync tenancy data instantly - Tenant, property and landlord details pull straight from Jupix into HomeLet's Vision+ using the property's Jupix Unique Reference, so there's no need to re-enter them
  • Cut out double data entry - Details entered once in Jupix carry across, keeping both systems aligned
  • Reference tenants without leaving the journey - Send referencing requests to applicants and track their progress as part of one connected workflow
  • Get reports back automatically - Completed reference reports and the tenancy documents sync back into Jupix and appear on the property record
  • Reduce risk and protect compliance - Fewer manual touchpoints means fewer errors across the tenancy journey

Setting up the integration

To connect your Jupix account to HomeLet, submit an integration request to Jupix support. Once received, our team requests the setup with HomeLet / Let Alliance on your behalf.

To submit the request:

  1. In Jupix, click Home on the main homebar
  2. On the side menu, in the Support section, click Contact Support
    1. Alternatively, click Help Centre in the upper right corner of Jupix. At the top right of every Help Centre page, and at the bottom of every Help Centre article, there is an option to Contact support. Click Contact support
  3. Enter Your email address, and from the What type of query do you have? dropdown, select General/Technical
  4. Enter Your name, Company name, Postcode and Telephone number
  5. From the What is your query about? dropdown, select Integrations
  6. In the Brief Description of Issue field, enter Integration Request
  7. In the What is the name of the integration? field, enter HomeLet/LetAlliance/Vision+
  8. Use the Description field to add any further detail - for example, if you have more than one branch associated to your company, make a note of this here
  9. Click Submit

Your request will be sent and this will be actioned within 24 working hours. The team will then be in touch to make you aware when the integration is live for you.

How the integration works

The HomeLet integration uses the Jupix API. You set up the property and applicant in Jupix, then link the property to HomeLet's Vision+ platform using its Jupix Unique Reference.

Referencing and the pre-tenancy documents are all completed in Vision+, and the completed reports and tenancy documents sync back into Jupix automatically.

The sections below follow the full process from start to finish.

Add the property and applicant in Jupix

Add the property and its applicant in Jupix first, so the details are ready to pull through into HomeLet's Vision+ platform.

  1. In Jupix, click Home on the main homebar
  2. On the side menu, in the Create New section, click New Property
    Create new property.png
  3. Under Choose Owner, Search for and select the landlord

Add the safety certificates to Jupix

The pre-tenancy process now begins, and the relevant tenancy documents are sent to the landlord, tenant(s) and guarantor(s) for review and signing.

 Best practice

If you need to add or amend applicants, guarantors or tenancy details after starting, click Save & Exit, make the changes, then restart the pre-tenancy process

Find the completed documents back in Jupix

When referencing and pre-tenancy completes in HomeLet's Vision+ platform, the reports and tenancy documents sync back to Jupix.

  1. Open the property record and click the Notes tab
  2. Each document appears with a Download option, alongside status notes from Vision+ (for example, when referencing is completed or the tenancy agreement is signed)

The documents synced back include the referencing reports (Interim Report, Final Report, Auto Product Summary Report and KYC Report) and the tenancy documents (Final rental agreement, Tenant Terms, How to Rent, and Deposit terms and conditions).

 Note

The documents sync back automatically as they're completed in Vision+. If they're not yet showing, return to the property record and refresh the page
