Record a Note of Interest - Scotland Only

Once you have received a 'Note of Interest' from an Applicant’s solicitor, this needs to be recorded in Jupix.

Go to Property Record Click Notes and record the Note of Interest.

Set this Record so the Note is kept at the top of the notes grid;

This is a tick box option available when adding notes in Jupix.

The Note of Interest that proceeds would then go through to an offer as normal in Jupix.
