Change an appraisal status from professional

If you have marked an appraisal status as Professional in error, and wish to change the market appraisal status from professional you will need to follow the below steps.

On the property record, select the Appraisal tab.  Select View next to the appraisal that you want to change.

On the Summary page select Won, untick Create Instruction Letter and Book Markup and Measure and click Save

Select to Revert to Carried out

You will see that the status is now Carried out which will allow you to mark the appraisal as required.
