General Data Protection Regulations - Brief Your Market

Many agents use third party companies, such as Brief Your Market, to help them with their marketing. They will need to be aware of the status of the marketing consents you hold for each person.

The information used by them is obtained via an API provided by Jupix. This API will now include the Marketing Consent status (Consented, Unknown, Denied), plus the date that the consent last changed, so that they can be sure they have the latest information.
