Follow the steps below to withhold Overseas Tax on a Landlord Ledger
Go to the Landlord Details tab for the Landlord you wish to withhold tax on, Click Edit Details
Change Overseas Landlord? From No to Yes,
Add a tick to the Retain Tax? box
Jupix will now start Retaining Tax.
If you need to Retain Tax for a statement that has already been generated, click Contact support below and complete the contact form, confirming the Landlord Name, Property Address and the amount to be Withheld and the support team will assist you.
Please Note: There needs to be a ledger balance of at least the amount to be Withheld.
