Want to make submitting a support ticket easier? We recommend that you enable autofill in your browser settings.

Autofill in browsers is a feature that automatically fills in form fields, such as names, addresses and emails, based on stored data. Most modern browsers, including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Safari support autofill for convenience.

To enable autofill on your browser:

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Click the ellipsis (3 dots) in the top right corner
  3. Click Settings
    1. Alternatively, in the search bar, type in chrome://settings/
  4. Click the Autofill and passwords tab on the left hand side
  5. Click Addresses and more
