The Help Centre is our knowledge base of 'how-to' articles and videos that are specifically written to help you with any specific task you are looking to perform on Jupix.
The Help Centre can be accessed in several ways.
Accessing the Help Centre from within Jupix
You can go directly to the Help Centre if you:
- Click Home on the main homebar
- On the side menu, in the Support section, click Help Centre
On the homepage, the search function can be used to locate an article or video that will help guide you through any specific process you need help with. You can also scroll down the page to browse the category tiles.
Within the Jupix knowledge base category, each section is laid out in a similar fashion to the Jupix main homebar.
You can also reach the Help Centre via the Help Centre option within the upper right corner of Jupix.
Some pages within Jupix also have a Get Help option displaying down the right hand side. This opens up a Help Centre article that's related to that page to provide you with contextual help.
