A Use file names as image descriptions option has been added to the image uploader, via the property record. This allows you to select whether to use the names of the uploaded files as the Jupix photo descriptions.

When the box is checked (this is the default), the names of the files uploaded to Jupix will display underneath the thumbnails in the image uploader prior to saving.

The file names can be double clicked and edited within the image uploader prior to saving.

When you click Save, the file names will be used as the photo descriptions in Jupix, and can be sent to websites.

However, when the Use file names as image descriptions option is unchecked, the file names no longer display in the image uploader and photo descriptions are set to blank when saved.

When you check or uncheck the box, Jupix will remember what you chose and keep that setting for the next time you go to upload photos to a property.

OFSI Sanctions checks

A Date of last Sanctions check field has been added to the Money Laundering Summary section on Applicant, Vendor and Landlord records. There is also a link to the OFSI Consolidated List Search. 

Proof of checking the sanctions list, i.e. a copy of the search results, can be uploaded to the record.
