Jupix has integrated with MoveIT, a quick and convenient quoting and comparison tool that helps you refer customers for key moving services, including conveyancing, surveys, EPCs, floorplans, 3D tours and more.

MoveIT gives you direct access to build and manage your own supplier panels, helping you choose which suppliers you work with and manage referral opportunities from one place.

By integrating with Jupix, MoveIT uses relevant customer, property and milestone information from your Jupix account to help manage referrals from quote through to completion, billing and payment. MoveIT is designed to reduce manual admin while helping you create additional revenue opportunities for your business.

How does the integration work?

MoveIT integrates with Jupix using the Jupix API.

Once connected, MoveIT can access relevant customer and property information from your Jupix database. This can include the customer’s address and any associated property they’re linked to.

MoveIT can also react to key milestones within Jupix, helping referrals move through the pipeline automatically. These milestones can include new instructions, sales agreed, withdrawals, exchanges and completions.

This helps MoveIT manage the referral lifecycle from quote creation through to tracking, completion, billing and payment.

Suppliers receive their own secure access to MoveIT, where they can manage service costs, product fees, referral workloads and active referrals.

Pipeline, tasks and reporting

MoveIT includes pipeline tracking, task management and reporting tools.

The referral pipeline helps you track referrals as they move from quote, to pending, to live, through to completion and payment.

MoveIT can also raise tasks automatically based on timeline rules. This helps identify referrals that may need chasing, supplier follow up or further action.

Reporting can be used to track referral activity and performance at agent, branch or company level, depending on your access.
