Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Service - Tenant Referencing

Jupix is integrated with the Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Service for tenant referencing.

This enables you to progress an applicants references using Jupix, which links direct to the Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Service website via your dashboard.

Setting up Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Service integration

If you would like the Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Service integrated with your Jupix account, please contact support. Click Submit a request and use the contact form at the bottom of this article.

Alternatively, contact support from within Jupix via Chat.

  1. In Jupix, within Support on the side menu, click Chat
  2. Click Leave us a message
  3. Complete the contact form, and, within the Description, request the Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Service integration
  4. Click Send

Submitting applicants for referencing

  1. Click Property on the main homebar
  2. Search for the relevant property in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
    1. Alternatively, find and click the relevant property from within the Last Viewed section
  3. Click the Landlord tab
  4. In the Landlord Summary, ensure the landlords Name(s), Contact Numbers and Email Address are correct
    1. If any details need to be amended, click Edit Contact Details
    2. Make the necessary changes
    3. Click Save
  5. Click the Property Management tab
  6. Click New Application
  7. The Add New Application screen opens. In the Choose Applicant section, search for and Select the Applicant Name separately until all applicants are listed. Mr and Mrs must be entered as separate records
    1. Click Add New Quick or Add New Detailed, if required
  8. Ensure you have all Contact Numbers, Email Address and previous living addresses in each applicants record as this is required for referencing
    1. Click Edit on the applicant line, if the information on your tenancy is not complete and/or to add a guarantor for an individual applicant, if required
  9. Continue to add all additional information in the remaining fields for the tenancy, across the Application Details, Payment Details, Additional Information and Advanced Options sections
  10. Click Save

Order References

  1. Click Applicants on the main homebar
  2. Search for the relevant applicant in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
    1. Alternatively, find and click the relevant applicant from within the Last Viewed section
  3. In the Applicants Summary, click Landlord Accepted Offer once this has been agreed
  4. Click Order References
  5. The Tenant Referencing screen opens. Ensure all information is correct
  6. Click Add Tenant or Add Guarantor if they weren't added in the steps above
  7. Click Order Reference

The references will be automatically submitted to the Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Service.

Managing references on the Dashboard

  1. Click Home on the main homebar
  2. On My Dashboard, in the Dashboard section, click View alongside References in progress
  3. The Tenant Referencing screen opens. Click the References tab to view all current and completed references
  4. Click Filters and use the dropdown menu to select On-going references only. In the example below, it is Waiting for the applicant to return his/her application form
  5. Click the blue arrow at the end of a line to view more information on its status
  6. Click on any icon in the applicants view to edit the application, email or add a guarantor

The Tenant Referencing screen is automatically updated throughout the referencing process
