Why Can I Not Change The Start Date Of The Property Performance Report?

Question:

Why I am unable to generate the Property Performance Report from an earlier date?

Solution:

The Property Performance report will show dates ranging from when the property was Instructed to today.
The Summary Duration dictates the Historic Date Range you will be generating the Report for. You can select:

7 Days, 14 Days, 28 Days, 2 Months, 6 Months, 12 Months and All Time.

This will then show Property Performance within that time period.

Please Note: If the property has been withdrawn at any stage and then subsequently remarketed it will show as being on from the date it was remarketed.

1 Road, Suburb, was put onto Jupix on Monday 4^th January 2016. So the Property Performance Report generates as shown:

I have Withdrawn 1 Road, Suberb, then Remarketed on Thursday 19^th January. The Property Performance Report appears as follows. This is unable to be dated prior to Thursday 19^th January now.
