If a property is marketed as Price on Application but is failing to feed to the portals when POA is ticked, this is due to the property still needing to have a valid price inputted.
To do this:
- Click Property on the main homebar
- Search for the property in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant property
- Alternatively, find and click the property from within the Last Viewed section
- Alternatively, find and click the property from within the Last Viewed section
- Click the Details tab
- Scroll down to the Residential Sales Profile section and click Price Change
- Type in the price of the property within the New Price (£) field and the Match Price (£) field
- Untick Create Price Change Letter
- Click Save
This ensures the portals won't reject the property.
