Property is not feeding to the portals when ticking POA

If a property is marketed as Price on Application but is failing to feed to the portals when POA is ticked, this is due to the property still needing to have a valid price inputted.

To do this:

  1. Click Property on the main homebar
  2. Search for the property in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant property
    1. Alternatively, find and click the property from within the Last Viewed section
  3. Click the Details tab
  4. Scroll down to the Residential Sales Profile section and click Price Change
  5. Type in the price of the property within the New Price (£) field and the Match Price (£) field
  6. Untick Create Price Change Letter
  7. Click Save

This ensures the portals won't reject the property.
