Contractors Liability Insurance due for Renewal
Follow the guide below to find a list of your contractors whose liability insurance is due for renewal.
On the Residential Lettings side of Jupix, select the Maintenance tab, then Show All.
Select the Choose Columns icon.
Select Available Columns Contractor Information, select Liability Renewal Date and drag into the Chosen Columns section. Repeat this for any other relevant columns. Click Apply.
This will produce a list of every maintenance job with the contractor’s liability renewal date.
