Take a property off the market

The steps below outline the process of removing a property from the market in Jupix.

  1. Click Property on the main homebar
  2. Search for the relevant property in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
    1. Alternatively, find and click the relevant property from within the Last Viewed section
  3. On the property Summary, click Hide From Market
  4. The Hide Property From Market screen opens. Click Save

The property will be taken off the market, and therefore be removed from all websites immediately and all portals from that evening. The property status will appear as Instructed – Not On Market.

 Note

When a property is set to Not On Market, it'll no longer appear in property matches, and when trying to book a viewing from the diary. However, you are able to book a viewing from the property record.
