Why Does Jupix Keep Logging Me Out?


How can I stop Jupix logging me out periodically?


The main cause of Jupix logging clients out periodically is a setting within Internet Explorer.

To amend this you will need to click on the Tools button which is at the top right of Internet Explorer.


Select Internet Options. Under the General tab untick Delete browsing history on exit if it is currently ticked, click Apply then OK.
