If you want to create an applicant record for your vendor, you will need to create a new applicant record.
- Click the Residential Sales department tab
- Click Vendors on the main homebar
- Search for the relevant vendor in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
- Alternatively, find and click the relevant vendor from within the Last Viewed section
- Alternatively, find and click the relevant vendor from within the Last Viewed section
- On the Summary tab, scroll down to the Profile Summary section to check the Type of profiles they currently have
- Once you have confirmed there is not a Residential Sales Applicant profile, scroll up and click Special Actions
- Click New Residential Sales Profile
- Complete the sections and their fields accordingly, to enter their requirements as an applicant
- Click Save when complete
- Once this has been saved as a searching applicant record, scroll down to the Profile Summary section, and within the Action column, click View Applicant to then run property matches and send property details
