If you have Archived a vendor record, you can easily reactivate it again. Vendor records can only be archived and reactivated through the property record.
- Click Property on the main homebar
- Click Advanced Search at the bottom of the dropdown menu
- In the Search Property section, type the first line of the property address in the Property Address/Reference field
- In the Record Status dropdown menu, click Archived
- Click Search
- Click View on the relevant record
- On the Summary tab, in the Property Details section, click Activate Property
- Click Save
The vendor record will now have been reactivated.
