Create a Periodic Tenancy
If an existing tenancy needs to be set to periodic, go to the tenancy record and click on Start Renewal Process from the Summary tab.
If a new tenancy needs to be set to periodic, you need to create the tenancy as normal with term details, start the tenancy, then click on Start Renewal Process.
Then from the Renewal tab click Renewing.
From here tick the Create Periodic Tenancy box at the top of the screen and save.
Once the tenancy is into the periodic stage, go back to the Renewal tab and click Set To Periodic Now.
