Question:
Why are Inspections still appearing to Book on Tenancies that have ended, how can I remove them from the list?
Solution:
On the dashboard select Inspections in the next 30 days, this will take you to a list of all tenancies that have an inspection to book.
This will take you to a list of all tenancies where it will show an inspection, if the tenancy is finished this will only show if the record has not been updated when the tenancy was ended.
Once on the list you will have the option to Delete the record, this will then come off the list and the option on the Dashboard Inspections to book in the next 30 days.
To update this on a finished tenancy, select the inspections tab you will see here that you have inspections awaiting to be booked, you will also have the option to delete these as below.
