Restrict Access To Applicant Records

Follow the steps below to restrict a user’s access to edit or change an Applicant record.

Select Applicants from the top of Jupix.

Find the relevant Applicant record by searching for their name in the Find box and click Go.


From the Applicant record select the Requirements tab.

 Under Applicant Ownership, select Edit Applicant Ownership.

Select yourself as the Record Owner and tick Record Locked. Then Save.


Only your user account will be able to make amendments to the Applicant record.
