Why are my Rightmove enquiries not showing on Jupix?

Any enquiries you receive from Rightmove carry over in to Jupix, and can be accessed via Enquiries on the Dashboard

If you cannot see any Enquiries for Rightmove, you will need to contact Rightmove directly who will then switch on the Enquiries Export for your Rightmove account. These will then carry over in to Enquiries from the Jupix Dashboard as well as your email inbox.
