Withhold Overseas Tax On A Landlord Ledger

Follow the steps below to withhold Overseas Tax on a Landlord Ledger

Go to the Landlord Details tab for the Landlord you wish to withhold tax on, Click Edit Details

Change Overseas Landlord? From No to Yes,

Add a tick to the Retain Tax? box

Jupix will now start Retaining Tax.

If you need to Retain Tax for a statement that has already been generated, click Submit a request below this article, confirming the Landlord Name, Property Address and the amount to be Withheld and the Support Team will assist you.

Please Note:  There needs to be a ledger balance of at least the amount to be Withheld.
