Why is The Landlord Income Report Not Generating?

Question:

I have tried to generate a Landlord Income Report, but when the PDF opens I get the message “No Landlords Matched The Selected Criteria” Why?

Solution:

There could be different reasons to why the report cannot be generated;

Do you have data in Jupix for the Date Range you are creating the report?

If the answer is no, you will need to create the report from your previous software system.

Has the Landlord Details Section been completed?

If not, you will need to update these from the Landlord Record

Making sure to update the Overseas Landlord Status

Does the Landlord you are generating the report for have transactions on their ledger for the date range in question?

If the answer is No, you will need to create the report from your previous software system.

If the answer is Yes, have any Landlord Statements been generated? Statements need to be generated so that money received is classified as income for reporting purposes.
