Question:
I have locked a record and this needs to be modified by someone else – How do I unlock the record?
Solution:
When Applicant / Contact or Property records are locked, other members of staff will see the following and will be unable to modify the record
To unlock the Applicant record, from the Summary tab, click to Edit Applicant Ownership within the Applicant Ownership section.
Untick the Record Locked box and click Save.
To amend the Contact record, from the Summary tab, click to Edit Contact Details within the Contact Details section.
Scroll down to untick the Record Locked box and click Save.
To amend the Property record, from the Summary tab, click to Edit Property Details within the Property Details section.
Untick the Record Locked box and click Save.
