In Jupix, you have the ability to upload photos to property records using Java.

To use this feature, you'll first need to go to your user account settings and set your default image uploader to Java (if ActiveX isn't working).

  1. On the Jupix Home screen, click Your Account (xxxx Account) at the top left of your screen

  2. Scroll down to the Image Uploader Preferences section. In the Default Image Uploader dropdown menu, click Java
  3. Click Save

One of the ways you can tell if you have Java installed is when you upload new photos on a property record.

  1. Click Property on the main homebar
  2. Search for the relevant property in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
    1. Alternatively, find and click the relevant property from within the Last Viewed section
  3. Click the Media tab
  4. In the Photos section, click Upload New Photos
  5. The following screen displays whilst loading:

  6. Once the image uploader loads, you can browse through your folders to find the location of the photos. Be aware that shortcut folders won't appear
  7. Tick which photo(s) you would like to upload. Multiple photos can be selected at one time
    1. A popup message may appear in your browser asking for access. Click Allow
  8. Click Send
  9. An Upload complete message appears, confirming that the photos have been uploaded

 Note
