How do I undo a Lost Dead Appraisal record?
Solution:
If an appraisal has been set to Lost Dead and needs to be changed back, this can be done by following the below:
Go to the Appraisal record.
You will see the Appraisal is set to Lost Dead, to change this select the option to Won, select a date and Save.
This will then give you the option to set the Appraisal to Carried Out, to do this select the option Revert to Carried Out and then select Save on the next page.
This will set the Appraisal back to the Carried Out stage and this can then be updated when you know the outcome of the Appraisal.
