Why did my landlord not receive the viewing confirmation email?

If you have set up a viewing and sent confirmation to the landlord by email, and yet the landlord didn't receive the viewing confirmation email, there are two possible reasons for this.

  • A landlord might not be receiving the viewing confirmation if the email address on the landlord contact is incorrect. In order to check this:
  1. Type the email address into an online email address checker
  2. Double check the email address is spelt correctly and in the correct format
  • A landlord might not be receiving the viewing confirmation as they may be set up to not receive emails. In order to check this:
  1. Click Landlords on the main homebar
  2. Search for the relevant landlord in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
    1. Alternatively, find and click the relevant landlord from within the Last Viewed section
  3. On the Summary tab, in the Contact Details section, click Edit Contact Details
  4. Scroll down to the Communication Preferences section. If Do Not Solicit By - Email is ticked, they won't receive any emails
