If you have set up a viewing and sent confirmation to the landlord by email, and yet the landlord didn't receive the viewing confirmation email, there are two possible reasons for this.
- A landlord might not be receiving the viewing confirmation if the email address on the landlord contact is incorrect. In order to check this:
- Type the email address into an online email address checker
- Double check the email address is spelt correctly and in the correct format
- A landlord might not be receiving the viewing confirmation as they may be set up to not receive emails. In order to check this:
- Click Landlords on the main homebar
- Search for the relevant landlord in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
- Alternatively, find and click the relevant landlord from within the Last Viewed section
- Alternatively, find and click the relevant landlord from within the Last Viewed section
- On the Summary tab, in the Contact Details section, click Edit Contact Details
- Scroll down to the Communication Preferences section. If Do Not Solicit By - Email is ticked, they won't receive any emails
