Add or remove property feature options

The steps below outline how to add and/or remove property feature options in Jupix.

Adding a new property feature

 Note

You will need access to Admin, to edit your default settings. Your appointed office Admin will have access to these permissions

  1. Click Admin on the main homebar
  2. Click System Configuration from the dropdown menu
  3. Scroll down to the Property section. Alongside Property Feature Options, click Edit
  4. Click New Property Feature
  5. Type the name of the feature in the Property Feature Label field
  6. Select a Jupix Type (*) from the dropdown menu
  7. Click Save

 Note

It's important that a Jupix Type (*) is selected. Jupix Type (*) options cannot be added or removed from the dropdown menu

Removing a property feature

  1. Click Admin on the main homebar
  2. Click System Configuration from the dropdown menu
  3. Scroll down to the Property section. Alongside Property Feature Options, click Edit
  4. Click Delete next to the relevant Property Feature you wish to remove
  5. Enter Your Deletion Code in the Please Enter Code field
  6. If a property is going to be affected by the deletion of the property feature, you can use the Reassign To dropdown menu to select an alternative property feature
  7. Click Confirm Delete
