How do I attach a .pdf to an Adhoc Mailout?

If you have a .pdf file that you want to send out to all applicants, you can attach and send it as part of an Adhoc Mailout.

  1. Click Applicants on the main homebar
  2. Click Advanced Search
  3. Refine the applicant list as required and then click Search
  4. At the top of the screen, click Send Adhoc Mailout
  5. Ensure the correct applicants are ticked that are to be sent the email
  6. In the Email Options section, alongside Attach File, click Choose file to attach the .pdf file. Select the relevant file and click Open

  7. Within the Sending Options section, you can now determine who the mailout will be from and which office it will be sent from
  8. Within the Email Options section, select a mailout template or enter the Email Subject and Email Body manually
  9. Within the Scheduling section, determine if the mailout is to be sent Now, or scheduled for End Of Today or End Of The Week
  10. Click Send

 Note

Any attachments will not be included within a test email nor will be visible from the email preview
