Updating your Jupix user account

You can easily update your Jupix user account.

  1. On the Jupix Home screen, click Your Account (xxxx Account) at the top left of your screen
  2. From your My Account page, you can amend your personal settings. The fields marked with *s must be filled in. In your Account Details section:
    1. Display Name - This changes the name shown at the top of your dashboard
    2. Primary Department - This determines which tab Jupix automatically opens up when you log in
    3. Primary Office - This is the office to which you are assigned and determines the data you see on your dashboard
    4. Default Search - This determines whether you automatically search for All Offices or My Office Only
    5. Full User Initials - These are the initials which are shown for you in the diary
    6. Email Address - This is your contact email address
  3. You can also set your Diary Preferences, Image Uploader Preferences, and Document Preferences
  4. If you scroll down, you'll find your Security Details section. From here, you can change your Jupix login password
    1. We strongly advise you to Select Your Security Question and Your Security Answer. This is required should you find yourself unable to log into Jupix and need to reset your password 
  5. Click Save
