Question:
I need to add all tenants contact numbers onto a Works Order how do I do this?
Solution:
When you go to the option New Maintenance Job you are then given the below screen:
You will then see on the left hand side an option which displays Contact for Access you have a couple of options to choose from here: Lead Tenant, Agency, Landlord, or All Tenants.
When the Works order is then created you will now see the contact details you have requested to be set.
The email will only contain the first contact number from the contact's record. If you wish to add multiple contact numbers you will need to input this manually within the email body.
