Why am I unable to see all Notes?

Occasionally, you may find that when you've created a new note or document on the property record, it isn’t showing in the Notes section.

One such reason why is that by default, the Notes section only shows the first 10 notes. If there are more notes than this, you'll need to change the amount of notes shown from the Action dropdown menu.

  1. Click Property on the main homebar
  2. Search for the relevant property in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
    1. Alternatively, find and click the relevant property from within the Last Viewed section
  3. Click the Notes tab
  4. Click the Action dropdown menu and select the required value

This now displays more of the notes.
