Customer preference centre

General Data Protection Regulations - Customer preference centre.  

All emails generated by Jupix will have a link in the footer to Manage My Preferences.  

This link will take the customer to the Manage My Communication Preferences page branded for your Agency.  

The wording used on the Preferences Centre page can be customised by you from going to

  1. Select Admin on the main homebar
  2. Select System Configuration
  3. Scroll down to the System Settings section
  4. Click Edit
  5. Scroll down to the Customer Preference Centre Settings section
  6. Edit as required 
  7. Click Save

Each contact will be able to set their own preferences for consent from the Customer Preference page, they will be able to change their consents for Marketing and Property Matches and choose their preferred method of contact (Email, Post, Telephone and Text Message).  

Any changes made by your customer will be updated on their Contact Record and the details logged in the Consent Log.
