Archiving applicants

The steps below outline how you can archive an applicant record.

Archiving an individual applicant

  1. Click Applicants on the main homebar
  2. Search for the relevant applicant in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
    1. Alternatively, find and click the relevant applicant from within the Last Viewed section
  3. On the applicant Summary, click Special Actions
  4. Click Archive Applicant Record
  5. On the Archive Applicant screen, in order to confirm that you want to archive the applicant, enter Your Archive Code in the Please Enter Code field
  6. Click Confirm Archive

The applicant Status will display the record as Archived and they'll no longer show in searches.   

Archiving applicants in bulk

  1. Click Applicants on the main homebar
  2. Click Go to view all applicant records, and then filter them down accordingly
    1. Alternatively, click Expiring In Next 7 Days from within the Lists section
  3. All records will be ticked and selected - you can amend the selection as you need to. Then, along the top bar, click Special Actions
  4. Click Archive Selected Applicants
  5. On the Archive Applicants screen, in order to confirm that you want to bulk archive the applicants, enter Your Batch Action Code in the Please Enter Code field
  6. Click Confirm Archive

The applicants records will display as Archived and they'll no longer show in searches. You'll be returned to the Applicant List where you can view your records.
