Change the Map location of a property

The steps below outline how to change the location of a property on the Map.

  1. Click Property on the main homebar
  2. Search for the relevant property in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
    1. Alternatively, find and click the relevant property from within the Last Viewed section
  3. On the Summary tab, within Property Details, click Edit Property Details
  4. Scroll down to the Advanced section. Click in the circle alongside Set the exact location of the property, then click Find
  5. A new window opens with the map view. Type the postcode of the property in the Centre Map On Location field and click Find (If required, you can also click on the map and move the pin to the exact location of the property)
  6. Click Copy Latitude and Copy Longitude to copy the latitude and longitude of the location and paste them in to the relevant Latitude and Longitude fields on the property record
  7. Click Save

 Note

The Longitude may be negative or positive. For example, if you have entered the Longitude into Jupix and your property is appearing further east than it should, please check you that you have included the minus symbol
