The Multi Match function within the Bank Reconcile screen allows you to match multiple items for reconciliation.
The Multi Match option is only available for Automated Statement Upload, not standard bank reconciliation. Please contact support if you are interested in turning this function on, by clicking Submit a request below and completing the contact form

- Click the Residential Lettings department tab
- On My Dashboard, scroll down to Accounts. Click Reconcile alongside the relevant client account
- Click Multi Match
- The Bank Statement Items and Client Account Items boxes changes colour to indicate the function is active. You can then click multiple items from either side until the Selected Totals below the boxes match
- Click Confirm to enable these items to be matched
After every successful Multi Match, the screen returns to normal single match mode. This is because multi match is a tool for managing items that don't completely match the ones in Jupix. Multi match items cannot be "learnt" for future matches and should be used as a last resort when it's just not possible to make single matches correctly.
