Follow the guide below on how to add a House In Multiple Occupation  HMO  into Jupix.

The best practice when adding HMO ’s into Jupix is to create a ‘head / main’ property record, then individual property records for each ‘room / flat’.

This will allow you to add any communal expenses on the head record, whilst keeping the individual rooms / tenancy records separate.

Maintenance Jobs and Safety Certificates can be added to the ‘head/main’ property

On the Landlord Record, the ledgers can be left as separate individual statements, however you may prefer to reassign them to a single statement.
