Why Am I Unable To Email The Viewing Confirmation?

Question:

I have arranged a viewing, however when trying to confirm this by email to the Owner/Landlord by Email the system does not allow me to. Why is this?

Solution:

Check the Viewing Arrangement settings.

On the viewings tab from the menu bar cross the top of the screen, click to edit the viewing arrangements. Here you can set whether the owner’s confirmation is required. If it’s not set, the owner may not appear to confirm via email.

If the viewing arrangements have been set correctly as above, It may be the contact method that has been set to indicate the owner does not want to be solicited by email. This is set on the owner’s record and can be amended by clicking edit contact details.
