Copy a property from sales to lettings or vice versa

The steps below outline how to copy a property from Residential Sales to Residential Lettings or Residential Lettings to Residential Sales.

  1. Click Property on the main homebar
  2. Search for the relevant property in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
    1. Alternatively, find and click the relevant property from within the Last Viewed section
  3. On the Summary tab, click Special Actions 
  4. Click Copy Property to Lettings Department or Copy Property to Sales Department
  5. Complete the fields and enter the new/updated information for the property
  6. Once the details have been entered, click Save
  7. The property will be copied to the other department. You'll need to switch the department you are viewing to be able to search for the new property record

 Note

The property record needs to have the status of Instructed - On Market in order to see the copy options

From Residential Lettings to Residential Sales 

 Note

If the property has the status of Completed – Not On Market, on the Summary tab of the property record, click Appraise Property For New Owners. You can then click Instruct Property and follow the steps above
