Follow Up A Viewing
Follow the steps below to run through the process of following up viewings booked in Jupix
Go to Main toolbar > Viewings > Viewings Requiring Follow Up to obtain a list of all viewings that require a follow up.
This same list can also be accessed from Home > Dashboard > Viewings requiring follow up .
By default the list will show you all viewings belonging to you that have a follow up date, due today (or that are overdue), and will be ordered by date.
This list can be filtered by using the options on the top of the page, and ordered using the filter or table in the top right hand corner of the page.
The viewings returned will be in one of the following states:
- The viewing has been carried out but no applicant feedback has been obtained.
- The applicant has said they are interested and a follow up has been scheduled
- Pending a decision from the applicant
Scheduling a Follow Up:
Viewings awaiting feedback will automatically appear in the Follow Up Required list. Once the Interested status has been selected, only viewings with a scheduled follow up will appear.
If there is no follow up scheduled for a viewing, Click the Schedule Applicant Follow Up button to record when the follow up is due.
