Follow the steps below to create a duplicate record of a property.
To be able to duplicate a property the property must have the status across the top of Instructed – On Market.
N.B Your property must be on the market to duplicate.
If your property is not on the market, click Put On Market. Please ensure that if you do not want the property to feed through to any portals to untick the website boxes. Then click Save
Click Special Actions and select Duplicate Property
You will be taken to the screen below.
To complete the duplication, click Save. The duplicated property will have “Copy” in the Flat / House Name
Please be aware that this will duplicate the property to the same department as the original record.
