Question:
Why are the merge tags showing when I view an Adhoc mail out?
Solution:
The adhoc mail out merge tags will populate after there is confirmation that the email has Sent.
Therefore if the email has the status Pending it will still show as %contact_Dear%, %office_addressHouseNameBR% etc.
Once the email has come back into Jupix confirming it has sent, the status within the entry will change to Sent.
If you click to view the email the details will have merged as expected.
