Why can't I order prints from Ravensworth?

If you are trying to order Ravensworth prints from the Media tab of a property and see either of the following errors, please see the appropriate resolution. 

Ravensworth printing is not active on your account

If everyone in your office is seeing the below message when trying to order prints from the Media tab of a property, you will need to contact support to request this functionality be turned on for your office. To do this, click Submit a request below and complete the contact form.

You do not have permission to order print from Ravensworth

If everyone in your office is seeing the below message when trying to order prints from the Media tab of a property, it means their accounts are not enabled to order prints. Therefore, they will need to contact the branch manager as they should have Admin permissions, and can enable or disable the Ravensworth ordering permission on a user to user basis. This can be done by going to Admin > Manage Users > Edit > Tick Ravensworth Order Prints.
