Sales Reporting - Sales History Report

This Report shows you a history of the Sales transactions within your agency, with reporting options for type of sale and particular office.

Go to Residential Sales, Reports, Financial Reports, Sales History Report. 

Select the Report Options:

Type of Sales: New Sales, Exchanged Sales, Completed Sales, Fallen Through sales.

Office:  You may have multiple offices

Date Range: To and from date of the period you are reporting on

Output: Either PDF or CSV format

Click Generate to obtain the Report.

 

PDF Output: 

The information provided in the PDF version of this report is limited due to the restrictions to fit the PDF page size.

CSV Output:

The CSV Export contains additional data as listed under the headings below and produced in a format that can be filtered and organised as needed.
