Why are my documents not opening? - standard Word settings

  1. Open Word from your PC
  2. Select File
  3. Click Options  


  1. On the Trust Centre tab and click into the Trust Centre Settings


  1. Select the Protected View tab
  2. Unselect the top two options to stop Jupix documents opening in protected view
  3. Enable Protected View for files originating from the internet
  4. Enable Protected View for files located in potentially unsafe locations


  1. Under the Trusted Locations tab
  2. Select the tickbox Allow Trusted Locations on my network
  3. Click on Add new location


  1. Tick Subfolders of this location are also trusted and fill in the path as: https://documents-cloud.jupix.co.uk/


You should know be able to open documents from within Jupix.   

If you are still experiencing issues opening Word documents, then please reset your browser, restart your PC and then run the Jupix Configuration File
