Non Resident Landlord Report

The Non Resident Landlord Report shows you all Non Resident Landlords within a selected tax year, alongside details such as the amount of Tax Withheld and Tax Paid.

1. Click Reports on the main homebar
2. Click HMRC Reports to expand the section
3. Click the Non Residents Landlord Report
4. Within Report Options, select the Tax Year from the dropdown menu
5. Tick the applicable Offices
6. Click Generate

The Report is generated as a .pdf document, which opens in a new browser tab.
