The Property Inactivity Report

The Property Inactivity Report shows you which of your properties On Market have not had activity of a certain type on them within a specified date range.

Go to Reports>Property Inactivity Report.

Tick the specific activities you would like to appear on the report. You can also refine the list by Office and select how you would like to order the list

The report can be generated in a PDF or CSV format, make your selection and click on Generate

The report will also include the following:

The last time photos were changed
The last time the price was changed
The current board status
