The Property Inactivity Report

The Property Inactivity Report shows you which of your properties On Market have not had activity of a certain type on them within a specified date range.

  1. Click Reports on the main homebar
  2. In the General Reports section, click Property Inactivity Report

  3. Within Report Options, tick the specific activities you would like to appear on the report
  4. You can also refine the list by Offices and select how you would like to Order the list

  5. Within Export Format, the report can be generated in a PDF or CSV format - make your selection and click Generate

The report will also include the following:

  • The last time photos were changed
  • The last time the price was changed
  • The current board status
