Once an applicants information has been saved and consent preferences have been set, you can run a property match from the applicant screen. The process applies to both Residential Sales and Residential Lettings.
- Click Applicants on the main homebar
- Search for the relevant applicant in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
- Alternatively, find and click the relevant applicant from within the Last Viewed section
- Alternatively, find and click the relevant applicant from within the Last Viewed section
- On the Summary tab, click Run Property Match
- In the Property Matches Search Criteria section, you can modify the search criteria previously entered for the applicant such as price range and minimum rooms
- In the Property Type section, you can modify the property type
- In the Areas of Interest section, you can modify the property areas
- Click Search
- With the Matches, you have the option of including the individual properties in the property match by ticking Yes. You can also choose to not include the properties at this time by ticking No, or, you can reject the property completely by ticking Reject
- If nothing comes up from your match, click Return to Search to adjust your criteria
- Scroll down to the Scheduling section to define when the matched mail out will take place.
If you choose End Of Today or End Of The Week, any matches the applicant is included in within that period will bulk together into one email - Scroll down to the Contact Options section and tick how your mail out will be sent. Jupix picks up on the preferred contact methods selected for the applicant. If you wish to, you can also amend the Custom Message within the email or letter
- Click Send to send the match(es) to your applicant
