The Landlord First Account facility allows you to add charges payable to the agency onto one invoice on a preparing tenancy.
When preparing a tenancy, you will have the option to Add Landlord First Account. This allows you to add any charges due to the agency for the set up of the tenancy.
You can calculate the one off Letting Fee and confirm the Management Fee you will be charging.
All charges added through this screen will appear on one Invoice on the Property / Landlord Ledger.
N.B. If no charges are to be issues to the Landlord, you can Save the Landlord First Account Screen with a total of £0.00.
