Board Management, Charges and Advertising can be found within the Other tab.
The steps below outline what the Other tab on the Property record does and how to use it.
- Click Property on the main homebar
- Search for the relevant property in the Find bar and click Go. Click View on the relevant record
- Alternatively, find and click the relevant property from within the Last Viewed section
- Alternatively, find and click the relevant property from within the Last Viewed section
- Click the Other tab
In a sales property, the Other tab contains Board Management, Charges and Advertising.
In a lettings property, the Other tab contains Board Management and Advertising

Board management
Click View to the right of the Board Contractor name. This opens a split screen containing Board Details at the top and Board Contractor at the bottom.
The current Board Status can be edited if you click Edit Details in the top section.
The Board Contractor can be changed if you click Choose Board Contractor in the bottom section. If the board contractors contact details such as telephone number or address change, these can also be updated here, if you click Edit Details.
Charges
The Charges section is only visible in a sales property.
Any adhoc charges that are incurred outside of your agreed contract with the vendor should be entered here. To do this, click Add Charge. Anything can be entered except the sale fees, these are invoiced in the Exchange Pack document.
Remember to add VAT to the total charge as Jupix doesn't work it out for you in sales.
Advertising
This section is for recording or scheduling adverts with your specific publications. However, it's a record only, and doesn't make an entry on the Advert Scheduler.
- Click Record Advertisement to enter the details of an advert to come, or one that has passed, but not the advert details itself
- Click Save to fix the record
